Today, Sephora introduces the 2023 Sephora Squad – a diverse mix of 68 inspiring voices who reflect the diversity and authenticity of Sephora’s broader beauty community. 

Sephora Squad is a one-of-a-kind influencer program designed to amplify and mentor beauty lovers of all races, ethnicities, religions, ages, body types, sexual orientations, follower counts, experience levels, and more. Through the program, Sephora aims to welcome its members into the world of Sephora, opening the door to a series of experiences and opportunities. 

During the yearlong paid partnership, the Sephora Squad benefits from Sephora’s immersive support network including peer and professional coaching, networking events, content collaboration, mentorship, and more. Additional program perks include: 

  • Participation in Sephora Campaigns and Social Content Initiatives
  • Amplification of Squad content on Sephora’s social channels and in Sephora produced content

  • Social following for the 2022 Sephora Squad grew a combined 99% over the course of the year-long program (across Instagram, TikTok, & YouTube), demonstrating the program’s impact on helping to celebrate, uplift, and amplify creators on all platforms. 
  • Diversity is at the core of the 2023 Sephora Squad program, with over 70% of creators identifying at people of color, 14% as Spanish speakers, as well as a wide age range from Gen-Z (42% under 24) to a more mature demographic (7% over 40), plus members of different gender identities and the LGBTQIA+ community.
