Mobile Information & Consent: Notwithstanding any other language in this Privacy Policy, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for their own marketing use.

4. SMS Program Disclosures

This policy covers the Industry Intelligence SMS program, through which registered clients receive SMS answers to their market intelligence questions. Message frequency varies based on how often you use the service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. The program terms are in our SMS Terms of Service.
