Governing your use of Industry Intelligence's artificial intelligence features, including the AI Workforce platform and AI Teammates.
This AI Acceptable Use Policy ("AI Policy") governs your use of Industry Intelligence's artificial intelligence features ("AI Features"), including our AI Workforce platform and AI Teammates. This AI Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("TOS") at industryintel.com/terms.
Your Master Services Agreement ("MSA") governs your contractual rights, obligations, fees, and data usage. In any conflict between this AI Policy and your MSA, the MSA governs. This AI Policy governs individual user conduct when accessing AI Features.
By using AI Features, you agree to this AI Policy. If you don't agree, don't use AI Features.
Our AI Features generates outputs, analyses, summaries, and recommendations ("AI Outputs") based on your inputs and queries.
You should understand that:
AI Features are tools to assist you, not replace your judgment. You are responsible for verifying AI Outputs before relying on them.
AI Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified experts for professional matters.
Do not use AI Outputs as your sole basis for decisions involving safety, health, legal matters, finances, employment, credit, insurance, or other high-stakes situations. Human oversight is required.

Industry Intelligence owns all rights to AI Features, including AI models, algorithms, and underlying technology. You acquire no ownership rights in AI Features or AI models.
You retain all rights to data and content you input into AI Features ("Your Inputs"). Industry Intelligence does not claim ownership of Your Inputs.
Subject to compliance with this AI Policy and your TOS or MSA.
Industry Intelligence uses Your Inputs solely to:
Industry Intelligence does not use Your Inputs to train AI models. Your Inputs are stored only as necessary to provide the Services and maintain conversational context. Enterprise customers should refer to Section 3 of the MSA for data usage terms.
The Services and AI Features are provided "as is." Industry Intelligence disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding AI Features and AI Outputs, including warranties of:
AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate or inappropriate outputs. You use AI Features entirely at your own risk.
Industry Intelligence shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
Liability Cap: For individual users, Industry Intelligence's total liability related to AI Features shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $50 if you paid nothing). For enterprise customers, the liability cap in your MSA applies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Industry Intelligence from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from:

We may modify this AI Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This AI Policy is part of the TOS. For enterprise customers, the MSA governs contractual rights; this AI Policy governs user conduct.
This AI Policy is governed by California law. Disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles County, California. Enterprise customer disputes are resolved per the MSA.
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.
