In a ceremony held at Centro Universitário Senac Santo Amaro on October 18th, the Great Packaging Cases 2022 Award was presented to ABInBev for its brand Corona, in providing a more sustainable alternative to their previous plastic multipack packaging. Eliminating plastic rings and shrink wrap, KeelClip is made from recyclable paperboard and this is the first commercialism in Brazil. It was not only praised for its contribution to environmental sustainability but its dedication to enhanced consumer experience. Since its launch, multi-award winning KeelClip has been used on more than 550 million multipacks worldwide, and in 2021 alone, it eliminated 1500 tonnes of plastic. The only solution available for all sizes, diameters and configurations of cans, KeelClip also offers optimized can orientation and exceptional branding opportunities.
