Techtextil, the international trade fair for technical textiles and textile technologies, will introduce a new Nature Performance area in the Fibres & Yarns product segment at the trade show, April 23-26, in Frankfurt, Germany. The area will showcase exhibitors presenting modern, alternative, recyclable and sustainable materials with future-proof functional properties, ranging from natural fibers and materials to bio-based fibers and materials, that can be used in architecture, construction, mobility, medicine and clothing.
Sustainability works well in partnership with research, manufacturing companies, brands and new technologies. The event will also include the FranklinTill exhibition 'Future Materials', showcasing cutting-edge textiles, successful approaches and progressive projects. The Nature Performance area is part of the Econogy label, launched by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition, that combines numerous networking and information formats on the topic of sustainability.
