The Management Board of the WEPA Group will then consist of five members. With effect from 21 November 2022, Dr. Hendrik Otto will leave the Management Board of the WEPA Group by mutual best consent. Dr. Hendrik Otto served on the Management Board from February 2014, initially as Board member responsible for Human Resources and Legal Affairs, and also as Chief Operating Officer from 2016. "Over the past eight years Dr. Otto played a major role in the developments of our family business and achieved a great deal for WEPA. On behalf of the Management Board, the owner family and the Supervisory Board, I thank him for his very successful service. He remains closely associated with the Krengel entrepreneurial family. We wish him the very best for the future," says Martin Krengel, CEO of the WEPA Group. Chairman of the Supervisory Board Dr. Hans-Joachim Körber adds: "The Supervisory Board would like to thank Dr. Otto for his many years of very successful work for the WEPA Group. We wish him continued success and the very best for his future, both professionally and personally."
