Triple S announced its newly elected board of directors and executive committee at the buying group’s annual stockholders meeting earlier this month. For 2024, Triple S has added two new directors to its board—Jerry Kelly of EnviroClean and PR Chemical & Paper Supply’s Shawn Snyder. Joining them on the board are the following elected directors: “We’re excited to welcome Jerry and Shawn to the Board,” stated Kevin Chow, Triple S president. “We look forward to them providing fresh perspectives and energy to the board. As we continue to grow and evolve, their insights will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic decisions and ensuring that we remain a leader in the industry.” Additionally, the board elected Ellis as chairman of the board, Cadell as secretary, and Craig Gilroy of Triple S as treasurer.
