The Tranzonic Cos., parent company of Hospeco Brands Group (HBG), has appointed Joe Vitale chief corporate development officer.

Vitale has more than 25 years of professional experience in corporate banking and sponsor-backed portfolio companies. Prior to joining Tranzonic, he led mergers and acquisitions for premium label manufacturer Brook + Whittle. In his newly created role, Vitale will provide strategic direction and leadership as Tranzonic expands through acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
