MISTER PAPER, a company located in the city of Major Vieira, Santa Catarina State, Brazil, is celebrating its 8th anniversary with the acquisition of a new Tissue Paper Machine, the MP2. With this investment, MISTER PAPER will now be able to produce high-quality premium paper, increasing even further its product portfolio. The new machine - SMART ECO, supplied by HERGEN - is equipped with a Crescent Former, which provides excellent formation and CM basis weight profile, as well as great sheet softness. It also makes it possible to work at high speeds, while saving energy, fabrics and fibers. Thanks to the steel Yankee Cylinder's extreme drying capacity, the SMART ECO machine enables the paper production with low energy consumption. Made of steel and with ribbed inner surface, the Smart Yankee Dryer allows greater heat exchange and, consequently, greater drying efficiency. In this way, the machine works with a canopy hood, which simply extracts the water vapors that is generated by drying the paper process. The canopy hood uses just two small fans, with very low energy consumption. This configuration makes it possible to extract the maximum performance from the machine.
