Lucart has benefited from a new Sustainability-Linked loan from UniCredit. The sum available to the company is intended to support and give continuity to investments in support of the circular economy and the implementation, in the production chain, of plants and machinery with greater efficiency in water and energy resources. With this new operation, handled by UniCredit's Centro Nord Corporate Lending team and the Centro Nord Corporate Key Clients Area, the Group's share of Sustainability-linked loans continues to grow. Today, in fact, almost 50% of the Group's debt includes a commitment to ESG objectives. "At Lucart, sustainability has always been the element that drives innovation, pushes us to develop new projects and to keep relations with our stakeholders alive," said Andrea Fano, Lucart's Chief Financial Officer. "The trust of an important institution such as UniCredit gives us the opportunity to continue to support our ambitious development and investment plan in ESG terms, pushing us towards production models with an increasingly lower environmental impact".
