Goodway Technologies, a global leader in industrial maintenance and cleaning solutions, announces the hiring of Mike Donovan as Vice President of Sales. Donovan will be responsible for domestic sales and distribution, working strategically with leadership to increase revenue and find new pathways for growth. His focus will be on leading and developing the sales team, executing go-to-market strategies, and partnering with customers to provide the best-in-class experience that Goodway is known for. “Whether it’s delivering the best customer experience possible or empowering and mentoring our team members, Mike understands the importance of people and building strong relationships,” says Tim Kane, Goodway Technologies President and CEO. “His significant sales and team-building experience will help drive sales growth in the USA and Canada, and his dedication to customer satisfaction aligns with Goodway’s nearly 60 years of building innovative solutions that exceed our client’s expectations.” Donovan brings more than 24 years of experience in sales and sales leadership, having worked for several different companies varying in size and scale. His experience includes working in field-based teams and organizations and with large direct OEM customers. Most recently, he led the House of Rohl and Moen brand sales in the U.S. for Fortune Brands. “I am thrilled to be at Goodway Technologies.
