Essity has been recognized as a 2023 Best Place to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal! This year’s list includes 96 companies from across the region, ranked by employee feedback. On July 28, Essity will be featured in a special Philadelphia Business Journal publication. Award recipients were evaluated and ranked across five categories according to the number of Greater Philadelphia employees they employ. The ranking included companies in the region whose employees rate them as the highest on such values as fun, collaborative culture, solid compensation, benefits offerings and other amenities, as well as management practices. The survey measures each company’s culture and takes into consideration compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership. “What makes this recognition so special is that it was voted on by our employees.
