BradyIFS has purchased FPC Distribution for an undisclosed sum. Founded in 1953 by Wilson Roe, FPC Distribution is an Elkridge, Maryland-based provider of food service and jansan products and equipment. The company is led by Richard Roe, who assumed leadership from his father in 1982. “FPC is a great strategic and operational fit with our company,” said Kenneth D.
