BetcoBest® LM with Scuff Resistant Technology™ has a new and improved formula that makes it the most effective labor-saving finish on the market. It’s formulated with MMT/50™ Macromolecular Polymers that uniquely combine large polymers with the highest solid content and low viscosity to slash strip/refinish and top scrub/recoat time, labor, and overall cost. 40% Less Labor Compared to conventional 20% finish that requires 6 coats, only 3 coats of BetcoBest LM are needed, which results in a 40% labor savings or $1,000 on average per location per project. 50% Less Product 50% less product is needed thanks to 50% larger polymer molecules that fill surface voids more quickly and 50% higher solid content that leaves more finish on the floor per coat. 2X the Gloss BetcoBest LM provides 50% higher gloss with fewer coats, leaving a lasting impression with minimal burnishing. 2X the Speed Overall dry time is reduced by 50% because BetcoBest LM dries in the same timeframe as conventional finishes but requires fewer coats. Stripping is also 50% quicker, as the first coat builds more quickly without penetrating deeply into the floor for easier, faster removal. Scuff Resistant Technology (SRT) Thanks to Scuff Resistant Technology, BetcoBest LM provides exceptional durability and effectively repels and resists unsightly black heel marks. SRT forms a protective barrier on the surface, preventing scuffs and marks, maintaining the floor appearance for an extended period. Case Study An American food distributor and grocery retailer’s floors, maintained by a building service contractor, were not meeting their high gloss standards within a reasonable timeframe. BetcoBest LM was put to the test on their floors against their usual ultra-high speed floor finish, and they discovered a $125,000 savings potential across all locations. Significant time and cost were eliminated, and they opted to make the switch. Click here to read the full case study.
