PT Oki Pulp & Paper Mills, a Indonesia -based company subsidiary of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk , is a manufacturer of pulp, paper and tissue products including carton, single face packaging, food wraps, jumbo roll tissues and other packaging products, has raised sustainable environmentally conscious bonds in public offering, for gross proceeds of IDR13.305 billion ( USD0.79 million ). The bonds bear a coupon rate of 11% per annum and will mature on March 28, 2029 .
