4M Building Solutions has appointed Ashley Albin director of business development for the company’s Tampa, Florida, region. Albin has more than 16 years of sales experience. She joins 4M from ABM, where she spent the past three years as a business development manager. She is also active in the local chapters of several industry organizations, including the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA), the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). “Expanding our presence in the Tampa metro area and across Florida, where 4M has been operating since 2003, fills us with great enthusiasm,” stated Josh Hendricks, 4M executive vice president of sales and marketing. “Ashley is recognized for her expertise in identifying and seizing new business prospects while offering effective problem-solving strategies.
