We pray for the souls of those who lost their lives in the war damage in Ukraine. Unicharm Corporation (President & CEO, Takahisa Takahara) made donation to Ukraine by applying the “Matching Fund” ※Internal System in light of our mission, "Realization of Cohesive Society". 【What we offered】 ・We have donated 1,511,000 Japanese Yen to Ukraine through UNHCR. 【Period of Applying the “Matching Fund” ※ Internal System】 The First Term: March 29 – April 5, 2022 The Second Term: May 10 – 17, 2022 We will continue to provide the ongoing support in cooperation with the Japanese government and trade associations. We sincerely hope that the people of Ukraine will be able to recover their peaceful lives as soon as possible. ※It has been initially established after the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011 for the purpose of "supporting the areas affected by the disaster”. Under this internal system, we sell original polo shirts, jackets and other goods worn during the term of "Cool Biz" and "Warm Biz", etc., and donate the equal amount of money purchased by the employees to the affected areas.
