Umicore is launching the broadest offering of fully-recycled precious metals worldwide, including platinum-group metals (PGM), with three types of certificates. Branded as Nexyclus™, this unique offering addresses resource scarcity and increased demand for recycled, responsibly sourced and low-carbon metals, and builds on Umicore’s global leadership in the recovery of precious metals with its longstanding circular business model. Nexyclus™ guarantees 100 percent, high-quality recycled metals, starting with the precious metals gold, silver and the PGMs platinum, palladium and rhodium. These non-ferrous, recycled metals all originate from reliable suppliers, in line with Umicore’s responsible sourcing framework. Customers can choose between three recycled content offerings and chain of custody certifications.
