Change in Fedrigoni's executive team: Rodrigo Lacerda (formerly Bostik) will take over the Self-Adhesives business unit and Fulvio Capussotti will lead RFID, Innovation, ESG and Energy Transition "With Lacerda's entry, our executive team is further strengthened with a new member bringing 30 years of international experience to support the next chapter of the self-adhesives business growth, where we intend to keep expanding our global footprint and leading position. Milan, 20 March 2024 – Change in the executive team of Fedrigoni, one of the world's leading manufacturers of specialty papers, premium self-adhesive materials, RFID and connected solutions: Rodrigo Lacerda, former Senior VP Global Head of Construction and Consumer Business at Bostik - worldwide reference player in sealing and bonding technologies - will be the new Executive Vice President of the Self-Adhesives business unit from mid-April. A handover from Fulvio Capussotti who, after nearly five years at the head of the division, will now assume the role of Executive Vice President RFID, Innovation and Chief Sustainability Officer. Both leaders will report to CEO Marco Nespolo. Rodrigo Lacerda has extensive industry expertise across different continents and businesses. At Bostik, he raised the Construction and Consumer business to over 1.3 billion in sales, with a presence of 40 plants worldwide.
