—Highlights include an introduction to the new DIC Vision 2030 long-term management plan and a special feature on DIC Group products that will help realize sustainable mobility— DIC Corporation announced today the publication of the complete and summary versions of DIC Report 2022, the latest edition of its annual integrated report, which provides vital information on the DIC Group’s businesses, financial performance and sustainability initiatives, among others, in an efficient and coherent form. To introduce its global business activities and sustainability initiatives, DIC prepares DIC Report, an annual integrated report containing both financial and non-financial information, including operating results and management strategies. This year, the Company once again prepared two versions of the report: a detailed complete version containing extensive information and quantitative data and a summary version conveying key highlights in an easy-to-read manner. As well as outlining the new DIC Vision 2030 long-term management plan, which launched in fiscal year 2022, DIC Report 2022 includes a special feature presenting DIC Group products that will help realize sustainable mobility, namely, functional black pigments and fast-curing carbon fiber–reinforced prepreg, as well as a section showcasing the Group’s work style reforms and its Work Style Reform 2020 (WSR 2020) project. The DIC Group is working to provide both social value, which contributes to sustainability and markets, and economic value, which underpins corporate growth, with the aim of becoming a unique global company that is trusted by society. Looking ahead, the Group will continue to use a variety of channels to actively extend information to its many stakeholders, thereby encouraging greater awareness of its activities.
