Kingfisher plc, the international home improvement company, today announced the appointment of Sapna Dutta as General Counsel. Sapna will join Kingfisher on 2 October from Reckitt, where she is currently SVP and General Counsel for the company’s global Health business, and for material litigation and investigations on a Group-wide basis. Sapna has been at Reckitt since 2017, having joined from AstraZeneca, and has held a range of senior legal roles over her career. She previously specialised in global M&A and corporate law at international law firm Davis Polk and is dual qualified in the US and UK.
