Ahold Delhaize nominates Laura Miller and Robert Jan van de Kraats to its supervisory board

 Ahold Delhaize today announces the nomination of Laura Miller and Robert Jan van de Kraats for appointment to Ahold Delhaize’s Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board will propose their appointment to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders on April 10, 2024.

Laura Miller is a U.S. citizen who currently serves as Chief Information and Enterprise Data and Analytics officer at U.S. department store chain Macy’s, where her responsibilities include strategy, execution, operation, enterprise data and analytics and cybersecurity. Before joining Macy’s in 2021 she was the Global Chief Information Officer for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Laura is also an independent director at NCR VOYIX Corp, a provider of software, hardware and services for banks, retailers, restaurants, small business and telecom.

Robert Jan van de Kraats is a Dutch national who currently holds a number of board positions, at OCI N.V. and Randstad Beheer B.V., and is chair of the Supervisory Board at Customs Support Group. Prior to moving to a portfolio of board positions, Robert Jan built up extensive experience as CFO for Randstad N.V. and at NCM Holding (now Atradius) before that.

Furthermore, the longstanding and valuable tenure of René Hooft Graafland, who has served on Ahold’s and later Ahold Delhaize’s Supervisory Board since January 1, 2015, will end per the AGM on April 10, 2024.
