Runtech’s EP Series Turbo Blowers are the heart of the RunEco Paper Machine Vacuum System, and have been delivering significant energy savings to paper mills for over 20 years. “We are very proud of the success of our turbo blower technology. It has become a market-leading solution within ten years. One of the key features in our RunEco solution is energy-efficiency which is becoming ever more important. We are committed to reducing our customers’ carbon footprint as well as continuous development of the turbo blowers to make it even more sustainable. I would like to thank all our customers, partners and employees for this great achievement! In the last couple of months, we have sold several new projects so we continue working together towards new goals,” says Ville Mattsson, Managing Director, Runtech Systems. The Turbo Blower no. 1,000 will be delivered to Shanying Suzhou Paper, at its site in Suzhou, Anhui Province, China, where the group is building two new linerboard machines PM71 and PM72 with design speed of 1,300 m/min and reel width of 8,600 mm. The total production capacity of the corrugating medium machines is around 800,000 tons per year. RunEco systems for these machines comprise of a total of 14 EP Turbo Blowers.
