October 12, 2022 (press release) –

Enzo Zadra is the managing director of NORSKE SKOG BRUCK GMBH and is enthusiastic about the mill's two lighthouse projects.

"The waste-to-energy project officially opened in April. Locally sourced fuels will improve the energy supply security in the nowadays volatile European energy market ⚡

At the same time, this energy plant is a prerequisite for the parallel progress of the containerboard project. At the beginning of 2023, the paper machine will be restarted producing our new recycled STRATO containerboard brand!"

🌲 Going forward, Zadra is clear on the mill's priorities:

“We will put lots of effort into attracting young talents to work in our team. A zero-harm working environment and a sound working atmosphere are cornerstones in our activities 👷 The last two years have shown that it is essential to combine global thinking and local acting and sourcing to safeguard our business.”
