Thanks to the exceptional collaboration between the two companies, the E-WIND® P80 rewinder was successfully started up in record time in the Kostrzyn plant (Poland). Installation, commissioning and start up in just 22 days: this is the result of the joint effort of the A.Celli and Arctic Paper Kostrzyn teams. An achievement that left both parties extremely satisfied both in terms of speed of execution and quality of the final product. The P80 paper rewinder has since being used with great results to produce uncoated wood-free paper reels with basis weight from 38 to 170 gsm and width of 1800 mm, all at a design speed of 1500 mpm. To further underline this great result Mr. Michal Jarczynski, Arctic Paper CEO, says: “We are very happy with the work done by A.Celli, both for the rewinder itself and for the very short time between installation and start-up. Performance are also in line with expectation. I can confidently say that A.Celli’s solutions quality is top-notch ”. Arctic Paper Kostrzyn, part of Arctic Paper SA Group, is the largest producer of offset paper in Poland, thanks to a production capacity of 315,000 tonnes/year. Under the brand name Amber, Arctic Paper Kostrzyn produces uncoated wood-free paper for general printing use such as books, brochures and documents, but also modern papers for high-speed inkjet printing.
