Andersen acquires leading U.S. manufacturer of vinyl patio doors

Andersen Corporation announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Silver Line Building Products Corporation, the leading manufacturer of vinyl windows and patio doors in North America. Silver Line was previously a family-owned, private company. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
