Petition of Vermont Gas Systems, Inc. requesting a certificate of public good, pursuant to 30 V.S.A. section 248, authorizing the construction of Phase 2 of the "Addison Natural Gas Project" to add a transmission looping facility along the pipeline in Franklin County and to extend natural gas transmission facilities through Addison County to the International Paper Mill at Ticonderoga, New York, and construction of two gate stations for distribution service in the towns of Cornwall and Shoreham, Vermont

ORDER RE DEADLINE FOR OBJECTIONS TO JUNE 13, 2014, PREFILED TESTIMONY

On July 7, 2014, Vermont Public Interest Research Group ("VPIRG") filed a letter stating that it wished "to inform the Board that all parties to this case have either agreed or not objected to the proposal . . . that the deadline for filing motions to strike any of the prefiled testimony filed on June 13, 2014, in this matter should be extended to July 25, 2014." We interpret this filing as a motion requesting that the Vermont Public Service Board ("Board") waive the requirements of Board Rule 2.216(C), which require that objections to prefiled testimony or exhibits be filed within 30 days after such evidence has been prefiled.1 The Board has considered VPIRG's request and hereby grants it.
