Taylor Morrison purchases 70 residential homesites in Fiddler's Creek master-planned community in Naples, Florida

NAPLES, Florida , June 18, 2014 (press release) – Fiddler’s Creek announced that national homebuilder Taylor Morrison Home Corporation has acquired 70 residential homesites in two unique villages and will be an approved builder within the luxury, master-planned community.

In the village of Amador, Taylor Morrison plans to build 16 remaining single-family residences with five individual floor plan offerings. The first two models are currently under construction and are anticipated to be completed and open for viewing later this summer.

In the village of Mussorie, Taylor Morrison will build 54 single-family residences and intends to offer the same selection of floor plans in Mussorie that it currently is offering in the village of Amador featuring tile roofs, ornamental detailing, lush landscaping and built to Taylor Morrison’s high standards of construction, quality and design.
