MUMBAI, India , June 19, 2014 () – Hershey Co of Hershey, USA received approval from Office of The Trade Marks Registry on the trademark HERSHEY'S (2441504).

The description of the mark registered is "Chocolates; chocolate products; candy, candy bars; confectionery; cocoa; cocoa products; cookies, biscuits; confectionery baking chocolate; baking bits, chips and chunks; instant chocolate mix (for cold and hot beverages); chocolate coatings; non-alcoholic chocolate liquors; chocolate covered nuts; flavored syrups, namely, chocolate syrups, strawberry syrups, caramel syrups, butterscotch syrups, peanut butter flavored syrups; confectionery toppings for ice cream and for desserts; cakes, pastry, ice cream; ice cream confections; frozen confections; non-dairy, non-alcoholic chocolate based beverages and cereal bars." It comes under Class 30 Trademark classification.
