PepsiCo India Holdings wins trademark case in Delhi High Court over its Aquafina trademark used for packaged drinking water

June 11, 2014 () – PepsiCo India Holdings has won a trademark case in the Delhi High Court over its `Aquafina' trademark used for packaged drinking water. The High Court has restrained Aqua Mineral (India) Limited from using a similar trademark, Aquafine, and imposed a fine of Rs5 lakh on it.
