BSH Home Appliances, Purcell Murray announce signing of new multi-year agreement in which Purcell will continue as BSH's exclusive distributor for Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau products in California, northern Nevada through December 2017

IRVINE, California , June 10, 2014 (press release) – Purcell Murray Will Continue as Exclusive Distributor of Premium Brands Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau in California and Northern Nevada

BSH Home Appliances Corporation and Purcell Murray Company today announced that the two companies have extended their relationship through the signing of a new multi-year agreement. Under the new agreement (the specific terms of which are confidential), Purcell Murray will continue as BSH's exclusive distributor for Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau products to appliance dealers and the builder community in California and Northern Nevada through December 2017.

Purcell Murray's relationship with BSH dates back to 1992, when BSH granted distribution rights for its Bosch brand to Purcell Murray.

As part of the extended contract, Purcell Murray will transition its current showroom in Huntington Beach to the state-of-art BSH showroom in Irvine, Calif. This transition will provide greater exposure and enhance overall consumer experience. To address the demand in increased sales and the re-emergence of builder business, Purcell Murray has added 95,000 square feet of warehouse space to its prior 171,000 square feet in its north and south locations.
