Austria , June 2, 2014 () – The takeover of the Gelsenkirchen-based paper factory Fritz Peters by Prinzhorn Holding from Wiener Neudorf has been finalized. The closing took place today - Prinzhorn announced.

Fritz Peters factory is a local market leader in the heart of the Ruhr area and produces about 205,000 tons of corrugated base paper and paperboards. The plant with its 140 employees will be integrated with Hamburger Rieger, german subsidiary of Prinzhorn Holding. The takeover will be effectove retroactively as of January 1, 2014. Purchase price is confidential.
