Resolute Forest Products Inc. (RFP) (RFP.TO) today held its annual general meeting of stockholders in Saint-Félicien, Quebec . A total of 84,271,754 common shares, or 89.1% of the outstanding shares, were voted at the meeting. Shareholders voted in favor of each proposal, including the re-election of each director nominee, by a substantial majority:
