UPS's board of directors declares regular quarterly dividend of US$0.67/share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares, payable June 6 to shareholders of record on May 19

ATLANTA , May 9, 2014 (press release) – The UPS (UPS) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share on all outstanding Class A and Class B shares.

The dividend is payable June 6, 2014, to shareowners of record on May 19, 2014.

Earlier this year, the UPS Board increased the regular quarterly dividend by 8.1% to the current level of $0.67 per share. The dividend increase is in recognition of the company's solid cash flow performance and commitment to delivering shareowner value. Since 2000, UPS's dividend has more than tripled.
