COLUMBUS, Ohio , May 6, 2014 (press release) – M/I Homes, Inc. (NYSE:MHO) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.609375 per share on its outstanding depositary shares (NYSE:MHO-PrA), each representing 1/1,000th of a Series A Preferred Share of M/I Homes (the “Depositary Shares”), for the second quarter of 2014. The dividend is payable on June 16, 2014 to holders of record of the Depositary Shares on June 1, 2014.
