American Packaging to expand rotogravure printing and lamination facility in Columbus, Wisconsin, with US$22.6M investment, adding 37,000 sq. ft. for new finishing department; project expected to be completed in December

AMMAN, Jordan , April 21, 2014 () – American Packaging Corporation, 850 W. James St., will go through a $22.6 Million expansion at its facility counting additional production equipment and a new technology center.

While many phases of the present expansion are previously in progress, people will start to see construction activity outside of the facility soon. The project is ready to be finished in December.

The expansion comprises adding 37,000 square feet for a new finishing department.

The Columbus facility runs in a 440,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility and supplies rotogravure printed material to the flexible packaging industry.

APC has experienced an average sales growth of 11 percent yearly for the past 5 years, which the company attributes to organic growth with customers.
