LOS ANGELES , April 21, 2014 () – According to consumer research firm YouGov BrandIndex, indicators of consumer perception and social media engagement have steadily risen for Taco Bell since the March 27 introduction of its new breakfast platform, Nation's Restaurant News reported April 18.

The research firm suggested that this means Taco Bell's breakfast launch was successful and might have had an effect on McDonald’s Corp's breakfast sales.
