Cost Plus announces opening of new Houston location; company operates 269 stores in 31 states

Cost Plus World Market® (www.worldmarket.com) is thrilled to announce the opening of their newest Houston location in Willowbrook Plaza. The store, located at 17355 Tomball Parkway, will continue to have all the great merchandise for which World Market® has become known, including home furnishings, home decor, fashion accessories, and gourmet food and beverage items from around the world.

To start the celebration, a ribbon cutting with city officials and members of the local chamber of commerce on Thursday, February 13 at 9:00 am officially marks the opening of the store. In addition, the first 100 customers through the doors each day from Thursday, February 13 through Sunday, February 16, 2014 will receive a free reusable Cost Plus World Market tote bag. In addition, throughout the grand opening weekend, the new Willowbrook store will offer food and beverage sampling, live entertainment, and a daily raffle drawing, in which the store will give away two $250 World Market gift cards each day.

World Market has launched its Spring Bliss Collection to brighten up winter’s grey days. The collection is grounded in a cool color palette of pale blues, greens and neutral taupe in solids or floral and stripe patterns.
