UNILIN is pleased to announce the agreement in principle to acquire Magnum.
UNILIN made its first steps into manufacturing and sales of engineered wood floors back in 2007. Ever since the company has experienced year on year growth in this category. The acquisition of Magnum is an important step to support this further growth for the years to come.
This cooperation, which brings together Magnum’s world class manufacturing for engineered wood with UNILIN’s state of art technology in wood, laminate and vinyl products will create a business with unique focus on design, innovation, quality and service that will enable UNILIN to deliver an unrivalled flooring experience to its customers.

Magnum Parket started their first production for engineered 3-layer wood in 1998 in the town of Vyṧkov in the Czech Republic. Magnum has excellent records for quality, their product offerings and has state of the art production equipment.
