RUSSIA , December 26, 2013 () – Russia's preliminary grain production amounted to 91.3m tons in net weight in 2013, up 28.8% year-on-year, ProZerno grain market research company said.

Wheat output increased 38% to 52.07m, barley output went up 10.1% to 15.36m tons, rye output soared 57.5% to 3.36m tons, oat output climbed 22.2% to 4.9m tons, buckwheat output rose 4.1% to 829,000 tons, while rice output fell 12% to 926,000 tons.
