Canfor's New South Lumber Co., Inc. has scheduled year-end curtailments, Random Lengths reported on Dec. 19.
The company's sawmill in Camden, South Carolina, will take downtime on Dec. 24 and 25, Jan. 1 and in the week of Jan. 6. The planer will be down from Dec. 23 until Jan. 1.
New South Lumber Company will also curtail its sawmills and planers in Conway and Darlington, South Carolina, and Graham, North Carolina, from Dec. 23 to Jan. 1.
