SAN FRANCISCO , December 22, 2013 () – Williams-Sonoma, Inc. (NYSE: WSM) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.31 per common share. The dividend is payable on February 24, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 24, 2014. As of December 1, 2013, the Company had 94,296,474 shares of common stock outstanding.
