Kraft Foods Ukraine announces its intention to change its name to Mondelez Ukraine in Q1 2014

December 18, 2013 (Ukrainian News Agency) – Kraft Foods Ukraine intends to change its name to Mondelez Ukraine in the first quarter of 2014.

Kraft Foods Ukraine Board Chairman Taras Lukachuk announced this to journalists.

The re-branding of the company will continue throughout next year.

According to Lukachuk, these changes do not involve significant changes in the structure of the company; they will affect the corporate culture and business strategy of the company.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Kraft Foods Ukraine intends to change its name by 2015 in connection with the breakup of the Kraft Foods corporation, one of the world's largest food producers, into two independent public companies (Mondelez International and Kraft Foods Group) and inclusion of Kraft Foods Ukraine in Mondelez International.
