Mattamy Homes, one of Central Florida's largest and fastest-growing new-home builders, welcomes aboard a new President to the company's Orlando Division.

Jim Leiferman joined Mattamy's Orlando team in November, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role of President, including 13 years of leadership roles in the Florida real estate industry. Most recently he was the President and COO of Vantem Composite Technologies, a private-equity owned manufacturing and building solutions company. Prior to that he was the Florida Area President for Pulte Homes. Jim was also President at First Heights Bank, a subsidiary of Pulte, in Houston, and began his career as an audit manager with Arthur Andersen. Jim holds a BBA in Accounting from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, and was also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

Jim will be responsible for leading all aspects of Mattamy's business in Orlando, including the sale and construction of homes in the company's seven existing and planned communities as well continuing to significantly grow the company's land base in the region.
