Britvic unit Britvic Licensed Wholesale signs separate agreements with Ireland-based Findlater Wines and Pepsico British subsidiary Walkers Snacks to distribute Findlater's wine brands

LONDON , December 4, 2013 (Business Monitor International) – News: UK-based soft drinks company Britvic's unit Britvic Licensed Wholesale has entered separate agreements with Ireland-based Findlater Wines and Walkers Snacks, which is owned by US beverage and snack company PepsiCo. The move comes as the result of two distribution agreements signed between the companies. Under the terms of the agreement, Britvic will distribute Findlater's wine brands, such as Wolf Blass, Torres and Cono Sur in Ireland, reports the Irish Times. Meanwhile, the company will be rebranded to Counterpoint. The move will boost the company's presence in the Irish market, according to Counterpoint Managing Director Finbarr O'Doherty.
