Pro Mach acquires Illinois-based shrink wrapping and bundling machinery manufacturer Tekkra Systems, which will join company's flexible packaging group

CINCINNATI , November 22, 2013 (press release) – Pro Mach, Inc. announced today that it has acquired the assets of Tekkra Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of shrink wrapping and bundling machinery based in Romeoville, Illinois. Tekkra will join Pro Mach’s new Flexible Packaging Group, which offers solutions including Matrix vertical form fill and seal systems, Rennco vertical bagging systems, Toyo Jidoki pouch packaging systems, and Inever stickpack and sachet packaging systems.

Tekkra’s intermittent and continuous motion bundling and shrink wrapping systems deliver high performance packaging automation for dairy, food, bakery, beverage, personal care, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.
