In Jul 2013, Emerald Packaging Inc purchased a building from KTR Capital Partners for $8.76 M as part of its $13 M expansion to enter the pouch making and digital printing industries. The company will be adding about 20 jobs by 2014. For the fiscal year ended 31 Aug 2013, Emerald, which has around 250 employees, posted sales of over $77 M.
