Printing and marketing services firm Creative Graphics acquires assets of online marketing agency B2B, marking sixth acquisition by company in last 10 years; acquisition enables Creative Graphics to promote new business Marketing Mentor

PRIOR LAKE, Minnesota , November 1, 2013 (press release) – Prior Lake, Minnesota printing and marketing services firm makes its sixth acquisition and continues growth by acquiring online marketing agency B2B Inc. of St. Paul.

Printing and marketing services firm Creative Graphics of Prior Lake Inc., has acquired the assets of B2B Inc., a marketing and advertising agency in St. Paul, Minnesota, effective October 25, 2013.

This is the sixth acquisition in the last ten years for Creative Graphics, which was founded in 1992 by Mark Schmidtbauer.

B2B Inc. was founded in 2004 by Joe Hendershot as an agency serving both b-to-b and b-to-c customers and specializing in marketing strategy plus online marketing such as website development, search engine optimization, content management, email marketing and analytics. Hendershot will help Creative Graphics expand its offerings to include more online strategies and tactics.

Creative Graphics has grown from a two-employee offset printing firm in 1992 to a 15-person company that offers digital and variable data printing, bindery and mailing services, online and collateral design, as well as marketing services. The company serves a wide range of b-to-b and b-to-c customers, with significant experience in categories such as associations, hospitality and government.

The acquisition of B2B Inc. will also help Creative Graphics promote a new service aimed at small businesses called Marketing Mentor, which helps business owners plan, implement and manage their marketing activities.
