Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (2261/DEL/2011 A) filed by Johnson & Johnson Dobrasil Industria Ecomercio De Productos Para Saude Ltda., Brazil on Aug. 11, 2011 for an 'apparatus for making a fibrous article.' The application for the patent - which was invented by Marco Antonio Alkmin, Jose Francisco Cau, Francisco J. V. Hernandez, Francisco Antonio Rimoli, Francisco Savastano Neto and Jose Manoel Soares Coutinho - was published on Oct. 11 under issue no. 41/2013. According to the abstract released by the Intellectual Property India: "The present invention generally relates to a method and apparatus for a making a formed fibrous article and more specifically to method and apparatus for making a formed fibrous article useful as an absorbent core structure in a disposable sanitary article such as a sanitary napkin, panty liner, diaper or the like. The present invention also relates to a disposable sanitary article including a formed fibrous article according to the present invention as a core structure thereof."
