Magazine Media Factbook finds 7,390 consumer print magazines in 2012, most in 10 years, 64 million digital magazine editions delivered: MPA

– The Association of Magazine Media announced the release of its 2013/2014 Magazine Media Factbook, the definitive source of magazine media research and information for over 20 years. To reflect the digital expansion in the industry, the 2013/2014 edition includes more information related to magazine apps, digital editions, social media and other forms of magazine media. MPA member Brown Printing Company is the sponsor and printer of the 2013/2014 MPA Factbook.
“With 90% of publishers distributing their content on mobile devices, the Factbook now reflects this area of growth, and is a great resource for our members and reinforcement of the vitality of our business,” said MPA’s President and CEO Mary Berner.

The app also allows key facts to be shared with friends, colleagues, and clients via email and social sites.
